Keeping the Promise (KTP) Community Networking
The Leadership of Candidate Sites and their staff who have completed the Quality Accelerator Program and its required CRQM or QM-KTP Certifications will be invited to participate in the KTP Community and to network via its regularly scheduled online meetings that will provide Site Candidates with a broad range of opportunities to discuss their ideas and needs and gain perspective that will supplement their own self-assessment and gap analysis.
The SASI Accreditation process is intentionally educational, collaborative and supportive. However, we will also strive to avoid conflicts of interest and/or inappropriate "value-adds" (i.e. direct consultive activites) into our relationships with Candidate Sites. So, by necessity, the KTP Community is an activity centered around the viewpoints of other Candidates, Accredited Sites, Preferred Service Providers and other experts.
Discussing the Standard with SME's and Other Sites to Close the Gaps
By its nature the KTP Community will be openly interactive so that the participants can take full advantage of the opportunity to network with one another and develop their unique plans for conforming to the SASI-QMS:2023-2 Standard and its Accreditation process. The participants will describe their own experiences in completing their gap analysis and the steps to mitigate those gaps, etc. And, there will be expert commentary by SASI Surveyors and other specialists.
Candidates may continue to participate in the KTP Community for an indefinite period. SASI wants to be as certain as possible that each Candidate has made a reasonably complete self-assessment and put gap mitigations in place before signaling that they are "ready for review." In addition, we also realize that, once beginning their formal review, they may want to seek counsel from fellow Candidates in how to more fully conform to the intent of the Standard. As it is appropriate, we may also suggest our Preferred Service Providers to help close existing gaps.
